Located in Cape Coral, FL. This 77,000-square-foot facility will house 93 one-story units, ranging from 337-square-foot studios to 705-square-foot two-bedroom apartments. Amenities will include a movie theater, hair salon, dining room, library, spa, and pool. It’s like living in a country club. You have all the amenities. You’re getting spoiled. The food is spectacular. It’s restaurant-style. They want pancakes, they want sausage, eggs, whatever they want. It’s made to order.”
